does anybody know how long written warnings last in the workplace.i know they stay on record permanently but is it after 6 months they are gone and start fresh?
i heard verbal warnings are 3 months

Every company is different, your company will their own policy

I'd call this fairly standard
Verbal - 3 months
Written - 6 months

But it can be different

yeah thats what i thought too.ive hear a year too,google has conflicting answers to mabye a trip to the union office 2moro might help
