Smyths don't seem to have this set, is it an exclusive to the online shop ?

Yes as far as i know this was selective retail exclusive and available from LEGO shop. However, I was in my local Tesco extra (Drogheda) tonight and they had it. A bit higher in price than it should be but looks like a nice set. It's €51.29 but €39.99 on Lego online. I took a picture of it, it's attached.
