Just wondering if my edit function has been disabled? as I don't seem to be able to edit my posts anymore

Just to note my edit function is enabled here but disabled in other threads

You can't edit posts older than 48 hours or so.

Thank you that must be the reason as the post I was trying to edit was older than 48hours.
