Yes I got one about 2 years ago, they are fine. Let me know if you need a hand setting it up.

I got one too from another Far East seller. Faulty on arrival, seller said they'd send another one. which never arrived. Personally, with the linked seller's feedback rating, I'd look elsewhere. The Linksys PAP2T units themselves though are good.

Thanks Guys

The PDF mentions I configure the device using the phone handset

I was hoping,I find out what IP it has picked up, my router will tell me this

Enter IP into browser and , hoping there is a config menu, where I input my Voip settings, is this possible

Thanks

PS Would does Port Fwding do :

"• Set up port forwarding on your router. You must specify that ports 5060-5061 (UDP), 53-53 (UDP),
69-69 (UDP), and 10000-20000 (UDP) are forwarded to the IP address of the Phone Adapter.
Before you set up port forwarding on your router, change two of the Phone Adapter’s settings using......"

My Linksys PAP2T does have a browser interface for set up. Also there was no need for me to forward any ports on my router for it to work.

I would recommend you try looking for an ata from ireland or the uk.

There should be no issue configuring it if it is working properly and is not a piece of chinese crap. Having said that, some stuff I got from China is working fine.

Check with customs before you order and be sure to wait for it.

found mine on adverts.ie, avoid chinese imports, they are more than likely faulty verizon units bought in bulk from the states.
