Have you got Daniel O Donnell on cd anywhere?
I don't, but even if I did I'm only looking for a few hours sleep
Read a book. You'll be asleep in no time

I used to take a glass of water with me to drink. But I don't anymore really, if I wake up in the night I just walk down stairs and get one. Might have to start doing it again because I find myself waking up in the night a lot more these days, and sometime I just can't get to sleep.

Did it, read 25% of a book on my kindle, usually 10 minutes or less and I'm gone.

I do and always did. I never thought it might be considered odd.

I bring an empty glass to bed. It's full of whiffy ungodliness by morning. As if by magic.

No I couldn't drink something that may have had spiders swimming in it while I slept.

Spiders can't climb out of a glass. You think you'd be more concerned with them crawling about your face. In your ears nose and mouth over your closed eyes. Slipping down your duvet and sneaking into every crevice unnoticed laying eggs. Unless you meant like a cup because maybe they'd get out of ceramic but I'm no expert.

Obviously they spin a web first so they can climb back out.

Swimming? Leisurely swimming? Or for fitness swimming?

Holy sweet lamb.

I thought that a nightcap would really work for me, because I have really bad sleep problems. But, instead of going to bed at one and walking about five, I ended up waking about half three. There's no beating it....
