I recently passed my medical and I'm wondering now can we ask to be placed in a particular garda station after the training and all. I know we can't be in our own district.

You can make a request but no guarantees that it will be accepted.

Firstly, pass out.
Secondly, fill out form D19 and send it throught the channels of your local line management.
