Quick question re: toy!

Never on this particular forum, so please excuse me if this is a stupid question:

I was in my Dad's attic a couple of weeks ago and stumbled across a toy I got for Christmas when I was a kid. I wrote the date on the box - 25/12/79 so obviously, it's 33 years old. So, to a collector - would it be worth anything? It's still like brand new, still working, still in the original box. Or will I just bin it?

Thanks.

Oh - it's this....(original cheesy ad!)

There's a few on eBay, keep an eye on them and it might give you an idea of what it could fetch.

The downside of that of course is that to get what it would go for, if anything on eBay, you have to be willing/able to sell it on eBay.
