Hi guys,

I'm very new to web design. I've basically been building from templates for the past few months and I'm teaching myself to code basic. I'm looking to start a new site but need users to be able to upload basic content e.g. pics and have a account login etc. Is it possible to buy template for that or does it need to be coded by a pro?

Again, excuse my ignorance, im trying to teach myself as I go. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
