Suncream also has a crap load of chemicals that I don't want to lather my skin in. I'm going to try putting some coconut oil on my arm and see how that works.

Also eating more omega 3 lowering omega 6, getting in tomato paste(about 50g) green tea, blueberries and wine can help your skin not get burnt.
I was out walking for an hour and half in the sun with my friend
see, i'm brave
me and my factor 50+
don't appear to have suffered any damage
i got a bit of burn on the back of my neck waiting for the bus earlier but that's it
i will grudgingly admit the sun isn't too bad, as long as i have a hat and serious sun cream

We had one of them when we were younger. I remember the first time my dad filled it up with water and I got in (I was 5) and it felt as big as the ocean. Memories

Listened to loads of music today out in the garden reading and sipping on cold beverages with the dogs, it was lovely. Although the dogs, particularly the big fella, were less than impressed with the weather.

I might end up doing it yet...

I'm going to text him tomorrow and see if he can spare a few minutes, he thought he'd be able to but it turns out he's leaving almost a week earlier than originally planned so he'll be very busy. But thinking about it rationally, he has lots of things to sort out in town so he'll be around at some stage and hopefully we can grab coffee or something, fingers crossed! I'm really going to miss him when he's gone

I finished watching the first season of The Sopranos today, it's sooooo good! Can't wait to start the second season

So, I've just eaten a full container of fresh blueberries, and now my mother is preparing a salad for dinner.

I'm also looking forward to having this for breakfast tomorrow. I don't normally like porridge, so hope this is nice.

There's two tubs of fresh strawberries in the fridge and I'm tempted to have some later :/

I really need to stop snacking and do more exercising.
