ah but its OTT action violence, although a lot of it was horrendous lol its the bone crunching sound effects that made it so visceral.

Making an egg in the cup now and when I went to get the cup from the press my granny said not to use XXX cup because the eggs will ruin it

Apparently she has a fear of eggs, yet eats hard boiled eggs with salad sometimes.....

Actually I think I've seen the 1160s on a few websites, must have another look, thanks so much for your help.

I'm usually a 6.5 in runners, the very odd time I am a 7, but it's not often I take a 7 in runner tbh.

Have you a link to the brooks ghost and saucony progrid please?
Ah Elverys haven't the best rep for gait analysis. They can be very hit and miss. You can only work with what you've got though.

It's fairly unusual to wear insoles with support shoes.

Brooks ghost have a teeny bit of midsole support. http://www.brooksrunning.com/Brooks-...efault,pd.html

http://www.saucony.com/store/SiteCon...ultOption=true

There are hundreds of options out there for runners so try not to limit yourself to one shoe. There's a lot of similar shoes out there so you might get a better shoe cheaper elsewhere.

Do you mind me asking where you're based? I'd hate to see you buying runners that aren't suitable, I've heard so many bad things about elvery's gait analysis, you could have got a good one but I'm a skeptic.

I strongly suggest pming amphkingwest and/or thirstywork who both really, really know their stuff re:runners and might be able to recommend something better than me or might be able to source something in your price range for you.

Ah I didn't do that, thanks for letting me know.

As far as I know it is the only place near me that does gait analysis, I know that Lifestyle sports near me don't do it unfortunately, but there's one other sports shop and I'll be passing by it tomorrow so might see about popping in if it's not busy and I'm not in a rush.

I'm based in Mullingar

I'll PM one of those guys at the weekend if I have no luck in town.

If it helps, I got an email from Elverys with my gait results, I can PM you a PDF link if it's any use?

The (first 7 minutes) song put a cheesy smile on my face. Just listening to the rest (documentary and more music) now.

God, I love the Eurovision. It really has changed very little since the 1970's.

Or a league table and have a little flyer telling the guy that he's just below average but there's definitely potential there.

Watched The Exorcist there and it's funny how the scare factor has gone up in years, a horror today would have killed people back in the 70's! I'll have to get part two to The Exorcist "The Heretic"

Just realized that the actress who played Regan also stars in the p*ss take "Repossessed" I haven't seen that in years

In other news I made cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla French toast a few hours ago and it was delicious I drizzled maple syrup on it

Starting new job today. God I'm so nervous, over a year and a half since I was last working properly. I'm both nervous and excited, up since 5.30
