Prices are too big on betfair for that imo.

What is your opinion on the place only market versus the win market for 6/4 to win shots versus 1/4 to place only generally speaking?

previous tip is a worl class filly. Who do you see as the main threat?

Are you more profitable on class 6 or class 1 racing to level stakes?

If you're on about the Betfair markets, generally speaking the place only markets offer less value imo, on betfair quite often you'll get a decent price in the win market for a 6/4 market shot even when considering Betfair's 5% commission, that's to back of course. How many 6/4 shots are worthy of the 6/4 price is independent of that statement.

Mourad, I don't give VlV much of a chance to be honest. Just to point out, the horse you are referring to isn't a tip, this is a log, not a tipping service It's not even something aspiring to be a tipping service.

I'm not going to answer that

However if you are so inclined here's a decent chunk of historical data (unprocessed) for you to peruse at your leisure....

3.15 P'town Quel Esprit 3.05 €5.0 laid to win, I think the 160 rating flatters this horse a tad.

3.30 Ripon Gulf Of Naples 1.93 €10.0 laid to win, 11lbs higher than when winning over the trip on good ground in October, had a run on the AW recently which wasn't bad but that was off 8lbs lower. Won a maiden on GS over 12f but the price looks horrifically short over 16f on soft ground in this class 2.

3.45 Sandown Poet 3 €6 laid to win
Don't see the ground suiting this one, nor the fav Twice Over but the fav has 10lbs at least on official ratings on the rest, Poet on ORs is much of a muchness with Columbian who might like the going a bit more.

4.05 Ripon Red Mercury 2.94 €5.0 backed to win

I'd sooner risk the €5 backing this one than laying Olan for €2.50, the ground won't inconvenience Red Mercury and the 10f trip isn't too short either, it's a woeful race though but the guts of 2/1 seems decent enough for Red Mercury.

4.30 P'town Balder Succes 3.4 €4.00 laid to win, the top 5 in the betting are within 7lbs of each other, Balder Succes has won on heavy ground and may be good enough for this but the price is too short.
