PhotoShop/PaintShop request

Im not very good at using PSP, so could someone do me the great honour of taking this photo and removing the branch over the face and the bra straps etc..
Its a shot of my 17 year old that I love, but has a few flaws that need removing.

I thing photo shop is better than paint shop because It is probably due to the fact that i started off with Photo shop way back in the day when it was semi-affordable and now use CS3 in the computer labs on campus. I feel that it is unmatched when it comes to digital photography editing. I also use it for any graphic design work I need since I don't usually work with vectors and I have a decent grasp of how to use it.

is it possible to copy the picture and cut a similar-coloured area from it, then transfer that piece onto the original picture to cover the strap? Novice.
