Season 5 (Pre-Season Spoilers!)

Just seen a tweet by Bryan Cranston who said that filming of season 5 starts in a few weeks and it airs in July

Brilliant news. A pity it's the last series but let's hope it's like the previous 4 that have got better and better.

I finally convinced Mrs Okla to give it a try and were watching S01E07 tonight and she loves it so far :-)

It's great to see it again as I'd forgotten so much from the first time round. Very weird seeing Walt with hair again.

I didn't see it mentioned but you should check out www.bettercallsaul.com.
It's very funny especially his "philanthropic causes " at the bottom of the page. (website contains spoilers)

Strange

Yes its strange and bizarre that the best show on tv is not on any stations in The British Isles. When you think of the absolute crap that is on eg. NCIS,Bones,CSI Miami and that ****e the author turned detective(I cant remember the name its on RTE)

Hard to know how series 5 will top series 4 as Spoiler: Gus is gone. Not really enough time to establish a new bad guy. Maybe Walt is the bad guy now.

Nevertheless I am pant-wettingly excited about it.

There are 2 more seasons with 8 episodes in each. First 8 this year, second 8 next year.

Great!!

I've just finished watching the first 4 seasons.

In my book it's neck and neck with The Sopranos for best television viewing of all time.

Yes, although i think technically it's the one season with a break of sorts after episode 8.

For those waiting on season 5: this is a superb tribute video on youtube that sets up things very nicely. Do not watch unless you've seen the end of series 4.

The sound of the intro music sends shivers up my spine.

Cannot wait for Season 5.

Been thinking about this.

Nothing in breaking Bad is for nothing. There was a definite emphasis on Gus's past in Chile. In the flashback scenes, Don Eladio killed his 'brother' and said the only reason Gus wasn't dead was because he knew who he was. Now, if Don Eladio won't even bring himself to kill you, you must be well connected. Whoever he is connected to will be coming for Walt in series 5.
