Most of your mates will still be playing the premierleague version.
It's still head and shoulders above any free FF game. The bonus point system wasnt great for the past few seasons either and once players of the game are aware how the bonus' are divied out, you should be able to take it into account when selecting your team.
I agree and disagree. The bp's are next to impossible to predict. They've had enough complaints, they'd be pure thick to keep it for next season. It's taking away from the enjoyment of the game. I liked the previous system, it caused some debate, sure, but for the most part they got it right, best players on the pitch were rewarded. This year stinks of laziness. Letting a computer do it for you. C'mon. If they do sort it out next year, i'll play, if not i won't, even though i know like you said most will play it. The bp's this year have ruined an otherwise enjoyable game for me, and if they keep it as is, i cant see myself entering a team into leagues, some of which would be money leagues. No chance. There's other ff games

Its a minor issue, you will play next year regardless...

They've signed a deal with EA Sports so are unlikely to change it next year.

I've played ff for over 15 years. If i say i won't play, i won't play. I'll find the best game out there

Let me tell you, its still the "best" free game out there.
I dont have any issue with the bonus points tbh - it's less subjective than the past few years and I've no problems with that as a whole. Whatever system they use is going to be open to criticism.

Each to their own. I'll probly play the totalfpl.com version next year, it's basically the same, except they award bp's to the best 3 players based on ratings from 3 different sites. Scoring otherwise is the exact same.

1.8m? Madness...

I've held on to Valencia despite his value dropping back to 8m (which is what I bought him for). I'm expecting him to be back after the Spurs game when United have a good run of fixtures.

I moved up slightly after this week from 1612th to 1547th. Bit annoyed that I swapped out Kelly for BAE last minute though, cost me 6 points

I want to save my transfer this week but may have to use it on Sorenson if his value looks like it will drop. Schwarzer seems the best option at 4.8m and his fixtures tie in nicely with Krul, although they are both at home and away on the same weeks.

I've taken 11 points hits this season but am sitting on 109.4 million:

Overall Points
1,438
Overall Rank
47,799

Top of all but one of 9 leagues I'm in and doing way better than last year where I finished on 1975 points.

Maybe next year I'll try to reduce that number though...
