Ya watching RTE2 by any chance? A load of rats managed to drag a bag of rubbish under some family's house via the sewerage. Some exterminator lifted up a few floorboards and underneath was the bag of rubbish!!

My right knee may be starting to dislike me. It's starting to hurt a bit.

Hopefully no pain in the morning.

Believe it or not I have no ice

Might be ok in the morning, it's just a pretty constant dull pain at the moment. Probably cause it's new to this exercise business.

Did you stretch? You can always put a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a damp cloth on it. Does the same job.

Well I hadn't actually painted my nails but IF I had, then there would have been NO WAY that I could have gone and chipped them all by turning turf!
