Evening all

i've resurfaced after a 3 day bf-athon just spent the last hour or more catching up on all my threads. it must've been some match to be at awec, how much did you get your ticket for in the end?

Didn't in the end, the risk of fake tickets was just too high.

A guy paid £450 for his and got turned away at the turnstile cause it was fake. May as well have thrown 450 in the bin.

I'm surprising myself with my lent promise. Tonight I opened the fridge and realised I didn't have as much food as I thought I had! Nothing obvious to cook! This would usually result in a phonecall to Mr Takeaway but as it's a Monday, I instead found some eggs and I'm boiling some up for my dinner.

I am determined to see out 6 weeks!

Yup and there is no really obvious way to spot fakes. At any games I've been at the tickets are put under a UV light at the turnstiles to view the markings on them but obviously people don't carry UV lights around in their pockets!
