I'd love to join a dance class to help get fit. Does anyone know of any dance classes for adults in the area? I'd consider anything really - salsa, irish dancing etc

hi.. peelo school of dance in celbridge ( its in the industrial estate at applegreen) is really good, i went there for years so i can vouch for the teaching

they have zumba, latin and salsa... and if youre up for the challenge ballet and hip hop

seriously check them out!
