Also is it a bit early to start this as the draft is not till end of april. Also it might be an idea to give people some time to research team needs etc.

Will we set a time limit on picks whereby if someone doesn't make a pick in a given time someone else makes it for them ...

Delighted with that, i got my own team.

I don't think we should start too early. Should wait until after the majority of pro-days and also let free agency sort out a few team needs so that we can have a more accurate attempt at this.
Just my opinion, if people want to start it now then ok
