I'm trying to connect to a nortel option 11c in the place I'm working in but I'm not really sure how to do it. There is a parallel connection coming out of it with port 1 printed on it - I can plug this into a laptop and start up hyper terminal but I don't get any reponse. I'm guessing hyper terminal is the wrong thing to be using. Can anyone tell me what I should be using or give me some clue on how to connect to the system? I only need to be able to re-set voice mail passwords and view active / inactive TN's.
