Customs charge is €33.60 for me, waiting for pickup at the parcels office in Dublin South. I'll look at the breakdown when I pick it up.

Customs is Cash/Cheque - it's made up of Vat €27.60 and Post Office Clearance of €6.
I guess the €27.60 is 23% of €120.

My parcel has an EMS docket from China in a pouch on the front, stuck onto this is the An Post EMS sticker and a Custom Docket. On the back of the package was another pouch with a single CUSTOMS CHARGE document.

The Chinese EMS document shows a postal charge of 434 (yen I guess) ~ 4.2 Euro.

Posted on the 3rd February arrived Dublin on the 13th February.

When AnPost/EMS deliver to you they will ask for the customs payment before handing over the goods, if you aren't in when they attempt delivery they will leave a docket saying where you can pickup the item and how much the charge is.

I don't know if they cover the PO clearance charge of €6, just the VAT.

Ok, I think mine will have customs, but not delivered yet. Seems some got through. I'll have to apply for the refund then.

Got mine today at an additional charge of €33.60.

First impressions are very good and to answer MasterK re: the Wifi, I dont have any problems with it and it is equal to any other WiFi device I have.

So far so good, well worth the money IMHO.
