It has taken eight months but i think Kenny has found Adams best position.

Chelsea have been poor this season but coming into form, two for Nando today. Spurs have been great but are in a sticky patch. I think i'd fancy us more against Chelsea to be honest, and the chance to screw Nando over too, our players will not want to be beaten by him and Meireles
As long as we start Doni on the left in the final, wouldnt fear anyone

I'd prefer Spurs. Think Chelsea are getting their act together and Spurs are wobbling a little. Just hope we get there. Hopefully the feelgood atmosphere is returning after a dodgy few weeks and we can push on in the league to at least challenge those above us.

Opr

I've been saying the same thing for quite some time now.

I like Maxi as a footballer, he's an intelligent player, and retains possession. He also knows where the goal is, which may have helped had he been playing more.

Yeah I think Maxi will be gone in the summer...shame he didn't get more of a chance. Unfortunately I can see Kuyt and Doni going too so that leaves us with three midfield places to fill come the summer.

Should probably bring in a reserve keeper too cos it's been nearly 2 years since Suarez played there and he could be a bit rusty if we have to call on him.

Kelly was poor enough today. His first touch lets him down at times.

Spearing had a good game. Two wins in a row, no coincidence that Adam was on the bench for both.

At least it will keep the Kenny out brigade quiet for another while.

Anyone who deems winning two out of three domestic cups a failure should take a long hard look at themselves IMHO.

Hell, the league cup alone makes it a successful season for me based on the famine of the last six years.
