Gutted over tonights result, why do we always shoot ourselves in the foot :-(

Could be a good thing tho, it will hopefully make Wenger remember that we need to bring in a few top class players in the summer (which is badly needed)

needed 11 points before tonight to guarantee third - 75 points, tottenham + newcastle can only get 74. chelsea 72 btw
though chelsea & newcastle play each other

pretty much in the same position we started the night target wise but with only 12 points to get it from now though probably gives the others a lot more belief.

i'd say 10 points would still secure third, were 5 ahead of tottenham on GD & 16 ahead of newcastle. though 4/5 of tottenham's games are against 4 of the bottom 6 - hard to know what way they'll go - could end up beaten/drawing or scoring a shít load past them

i though tonight's game & the chelsea one looked the toughest, as the other 3 have nothing to play for really
