I would imagine the next game won't be an 'episode' per se. That idea crashed & burned, & after this long anything short of a full on game would be frankly offensive.

I'd really love to go back & replay the whole series...never mind HL3, where the fugg is Black Mesa?? Those lads are getting as bad as Valve at tthis stage!

Well it is a mod created by fans & designers in their spare time, so I would give them some latitude in fairness.

Well latitude only insofar as 90% of mods never ever see the light of day - usually because of excess scope of the project, mixed with real-life priorities - so I'm guessing it's a lot of the latter that has halted Black Mesa *shrug* That or they did a deal with Valve to go retail, in which case E3 may see the announcement of a new "Orange Box"...

That's a distinct possibility. Looks amazing, just a tough pill to swallow when your told its almost done three years ago.
