they get used to it in the end. i know it is not quite the same but sandie has severe arthritis and has to be given medication every day for the rest her life. she HATED it at first, but is used to it now

ah hes a bit of a drama queen is our squirell, got chatting to a customer in work today who has a dog whose diabetic too and shes given me a few tips and pointers and we have a fantastic vet, there keeping him in tonight cause hes a wee bit dehydrated and just got a text there to say hes fine and hes says good night hes off to sleep

who is your vet? possibly lookin for a new one.

kilcoole animal hospital, little bit more expensive then some places but Gail is fantastic and her nurse shane is lovely to he spent half an hour on the phone to me earlier talking me thru all squirells results and reasuring us that he will be grand and the diabetes wont shorten his life along as its under control

lol they have a french bulldog puppy now too, he frightened the lfe out of squirell a few weeks ago when he was getting his vacines, came bounding out and stuck his face right in squirells, squirell went and hid behind mum

squirell is a wuss tbh, he will make a run for it quicker then he would stand his ground, unless someone was threathing me or mum then he lets his inner guard dog out
