No confirmation email though. Portal is Painful.

Accomadation in apartment in Berlin €500 for 5 nights - between 4 - €125

Train to Poznan day of match €20 I believe each way. Train home next day.

No accomodation - in Poznan - stay up all night drinking.

Been to Poznan twice before - bars dont close and summer is warm! But no alot else to do bar drink!

Total €538 per person! No campervan/ no driving/ no hassel.

Abbey travel can stick those prices up their ass! 1699 without the cost of match tickets. Shame on you = it is poland not the carribean.

By the way I have a chance of getting 4 tick's as FAI season tic holder for Croatia match also - if come through will happily give them to someone for Face Value on this forum.
I am doing something similar except doing the 3 games. Berlin €240 return. 6 nights hotel in Bydgoszsc for €220. Camping for three nights with tent and sleeping bag provided on site - €60. 3 nights in Berlin - €90.

Still waiting on Italy tickets but including trains, doing a 12 day package for €1095 (allowing for all CAT 1 tickets). AND ITS €1-€1.50 A PINT OVER THERE!

Abbey Travel can keep their 2 match / 4 night package for €1700!

8th-21st, flying via Gatwick from Ireland West with Aer Lingus then Easy Jet.

Another intersting route is into Leipzig from Stanstead, really good value.

Gonna stop on about travel now though before a mod scalds me for not talking about tickets!!!!!!

I wish I was as organised as some of you lot!

Have Croatia tics. That's it. Applied through Fai today. I haven't gone to away game this season so its going to be tough. You're looking at fighting over 3000 tickets. There's at least 1500 away game supporters on their books so you can be sure that's the other 3000 as good as gone.

Fingers crossed

Only chance with the FAI draw is that a lot of aways supporters and ST holders will have picked up tickets via the portal just in case. Hopefully if they get their hands on ones from the FAI, they'll sell them to us needy folk on here...

Why are you so confident of this? Have the FAI not 6k tickets for each match or whats the craic? Freakin out here!

Confident of what? I'd say anyone with priority will snap up those 6k tickets - and rightly so. If they're willing to travel to Andorra and Estonia, they should be top of the queue. Even if they don't plan on going, they'll undoubtedly know many people who'll gladly take them off them.

6,000 tickets isn't an awful lot, when you consider that there's probably 5 times as many people planning on heading over.

Have to agree with all of that. Plus I wonder how many tickets for Ireland games that have been sold through the portal are in the hands of Irish fans.

My guess would be not many. A few hundred for each game at most.
