Insert those coordinates into Google Maps:

I've just got an e-mail from Poznan International Fairs (the operator of the parking place).
They will provide a place for 50 campers (with electric hook-up). And they will charge 408 zl (less then 100 euros) for ...a week !!!

There will be NO ADVANCE BOOKING - the parking is going to operate on a "first come first served" basis.
Jacqal, thanks for that, very helpful. Do you happen to know when they "first come first served" from what day/date they mean. I would be happy contacting myself if you had the details and didn't mind PM'ing me.

I googled the centre earlier and looks quite impressive but wasn't sure who to contact to check any availability.

Hi there, me and my wife own an apartment in Poznan. Currently we r leaving in Dublin so the apartment will be available for rent in June. It is 2 room apartment in very good location (Os Stefana Batorego), 15-20 min by tram to city centre. If you are enough of searching for campsites, worrying bout weather and want to stay in a nice cozy flat please give me a call (085 1017988) or email (jp_79@gazeta.pl). I promise i won't charge much more then campsites charging for tents. Many thanks, Jack.

Lads if you don't fancy spending hours on the trains book here-http://www.oltexpress.com/ It's a new budget airline. I got flights for 25e each way from Poznan to Gdansk including all taxes and includes one checked luggage. There's a credit card fee of 5e. Use goggle chrome to translate the website

Never really get the mentality of Irish people when out abroad. Need a beer? Find the nearest Irish bar. Something to eat? Oh sure there is great bacon & cabbage in O Neill's!!

Last thing I would want to be doing while in Poland is going to see the Coronas or the Saw Doctors.

Each to their own,I would be the same as you but wouldn't fault anyone for looking for a few home comforts.

Yeah but in fairness Polish music isn't world-famous and there's a very good reason for that so, if you're looking for some musical entertainment, somebody decent, no matter where they're from, is better than someone crap.

That's true I suppose about the Polish music. I'd still rather be in a Polish pub/club mixing with the locals and other fans. Nothing against the 2 bands mentioned but you could go to them plenty of weekends back home.

I agree that the two mentioned bands are hardly world class rock bands or anything but they should create a good atmosphere at the camp sites and its good to see bands like this being mentioned as it means the campsites are putting in an effort to provide decent entertainment.

I dont know i think its a good idea as were there supporting ireland so you want an irish crack to get the party going.loads of nights there so you could go else where as well but its a good atmosphere is what you want to get us all G E up for the games. maybe a big irish present and mental crowd can be the difference in some games for the lads on the pitch.
