The whole congratulatory thing you see here on boards, you know the one's -

"Congrats to (insert name here of new mod with lots of free time on their hands

) on becoming the new mod of this forum yaya yada yada....."

Like what a fcuking thankless task? and all the thankswhoring that kicks of on these kind of brown-nosing threads where all the knobs come out and start sucking each others private parts.....like in fairness....
