I'm finding it hard to find a caterer to deliver to a pub in the city centre on a Saturday night for 9ish. Looking for sandwiches and hot food (delivered hot); wedges, goujons, sausages and that kind of thing. Any suggestions?

Have you tried Cahill's Butchers in Ballintemple - they do party catering.

Second the motion for Cahills, I used to hire them a lot for car launches, and could never fault them. Also, try Prestige Catering Cork, formerly Clancy's Catering - those guys are completely top of their game. Their FB page is here :

Barties in Ballyphane have a catering/party food gig going too, might be worth a call.
