My drawing's

Hi all, hope im in the right place! just looking for some opinions/creative criticism, about my drawings.

Ive drawing for years and recently ive been trying to get them seen by more people, all I have at the moment is a facebook page with a few on it. If I can get more intrest i hope to create a website for them.

I was referred to boards to reach a wider audience and get some insight to what others draw.

Hope you like them.

Thanks

Nice - You should consider having this in Digital Art & Design as opposed to Animation, more critique available there and a more suited viewer base.

Animation is about Animation as opposed to still drawings etc

I'll move the thread to DA&D for you.

The drawing are great and the imagination/creativity is even better! The guy with the gun is highly impressive. Lovely work. Keep us posted.

There not bad at all. The waist on the woman though is distractingly small. Even with stylisation the figure still needs to make sense within itself.

Nice work.

To grow, you should work on using different materials for drawing. You're being limited by your tools. Markers aren't great for colouring and are quite limited. Explore drawing without lines aswell to force you to use shading more to define edges. Right now, your shapes and concepts are interesting, but I think you could bring them to life much more.

You could also explore going digital, but I think you might be better of doing paper-based stuff more first.

Take a look at some of these illustrations, the colour & depth is much more engaging. I'd recommend doing a painting or illustration course to expose you to more drawing methods and push you a bit out of your comfort zone.
