Anyway similar to what Biohazard said, get down to your local hardware shop and get a bottle of adhesive remover. Soak the affected pins in it (careful as it will strip paint) and then try tap them out with a hammer and punch.

There are other more destructive methods but nothing that requires purchasing a whole new receiver

You should probably contact the seller of this item, and ask A) What he used to glue the receiver pins in, and B) Why.

This will give you an idea of how strong an adhesive remover/dissolving agent to use, but also should enlighten you to the reason why it was done. Could be as simple as they were ALWAYS falling out, so solution was to glue them in. But if you don't ask, you're stuck with guess-work
