....Anyway similar to what Biohazard said, get down to your local hardware shop and get a bottle of adhesive remover. Soak the affected pins in it (careful as it will strip paint) and then try tap them out with a hammer and punch.
There are other more destructive methods but nothing that requires purchasing a whole new receiver
