OK OK, the record score of 19 was NOT beaten this year.

No wooden spoons were handed out (predicting and getting a score of 0)

2 people nearly got a full house this weekend (getting points in every fixtures) Crash Bang Wall and MUSEIST! Full house = 3 extra points!

Now we start a discussion for next year, I appreciate feedback. The first suggestion was 2 points for getting the correct margin. I'm of the opinion that you get a result/score or not. Nothing else you can points for.

Predictions:

Man Utd 2-0 Wigan
Fulham 2-2 Everton

Results

Man Utd 3-1 Wigan - 2 points for margin
Fulham 1-1 - only 1 point???

Yeah I'd agree that the current scoring systems works grand, scoring on margins would just overly complicate it and make more work for yourself Ivy!

Great competition lads, I’ve really enjoyed it. Even if I do say so myself I think this thing is hard to win, those 3 pointers can prove infuriatingly difficult to achieve at the best of times.

So I throw down the gauntlet for next season to Mike65 Punk77 Kiwi Knock Barbarians and everyone else. Who can depose me?

Have a good summer folks and take it easy on the pre-season training. See you in August!

Oh yeah nearly forgot, I’d keep the scoring the same too.
