The whole blurb is hypothetical, Zamboni, come on! Back in the crazy days a 30 Euro microwave and a few plastic beakers were described as "all mod cons" while being situated 5 miles from the nearest shop was described as "a leisurely stroll to the bustling village of nowhereville"
