I love computers and electronics and all that kinda stuff and I wanna start getting more experience with building them and fixing them so I need to find old computers and electronics devices to salvage. Where do I go to find that kinda stuff? Do they just end up in the dump with all the other garbage people throw out or is there a special junkyard for electronics related devices and stuff like that? Anyone know a place around Dublin, preferably north county Dublin?

They all get recycled for free at county council recycling centres around the country...

Its all to do with the weee scheme brought in a number of years ago now where you buy an electrical item in store you bring back your old one to be dispossed of free of charge.. or alternativly you bring it the dump yourself.

People often put older or broken stuff up for free on adverts.ie.
