I want some honest opinions on this animation,
and any ideas on how to improve would be great

I think the artwork is good but I'd completely redo the sound if I were you.

Have the characters saying something not mumbling - it's a little off putting.

And the music when they are removing the items sounds more like demolition music. The sounds should be more rushed at the beginning and more tranquil at the end - you're solving these people's needs and the music should reflect that.
