It's a female lead with a screen age of 16-22, must be really over 18 as it's an action/future movie.
Must be fit with some knowledge of Martial Arts preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.

This is a short prelude movie with an open ending for entry into the film festival circuit. There will be other actors and crew required but it's essential that the female lead is correctly cast as the movie revolves around her.

It is a 4 part mini series compiling of 4, 10-15 min short film type episodes.
It potentially will be shot between Dublin and Kilkenny.
The story originally is about an abduction but spins off from there.
Dark theme with strong language and some graphic scenes.

We're NUIM masters students, and producing a short film over the next couple of weeks.

We're holding auditions for parts this Tuesday (12th of June) at 7pm in Kairos Communications in Maynooth.

Shooting will take place on the 22nd/23rd of June. Most actors will only be needed for one of these days. Unfortunately, we can't afford to pay actors, but it might suit someone putting a reel together. We would be open to discussing shooting some further scenes for you, to add to your reel.

The actors required are:

Female (age 25-35)

3 Male Thugs (25-45), can be older, really not important, can be varied)

Looking for a male actor (mid 30s - ish) to play a junkie in a music video (unpaid, expenses for travel, food, etc. will be covered). Obviously must be able to look the part, with help of some make up, and be able to get into that 'don't give a f**k' character of a junkie. One day shoot.
