Hey. I was in Currys in Carlow the other week and spotted the Acer Timeline X 13 inch. I called into today to buy it, but its out of stock. They seemed to have removed all 13inch laptops. Does anyone know if there is anywhere in Dublin that stock Acer laptops? I kindof need it for travelling soon enough

Also, is this what ye think is the best 13 inch laptop? It seemed good, it was i3 processor and 7 hours of battery life.

The other option was the dell vostro 3300 but thats not onsale online, are there any dell stockist in Dublin?

Have you tried phoning the currys / PC worlds in dublin there is around 8-9 of them, surely one of them may have your item.

Had you considered that OP, its a good deal, even in comparison to what you'd pay for it in the UK, probably the same specs as the 13 inch version, and the extra 1" (or more like 0.8", i think) wont really affect the portability aspect! How much were they looking for the 13" in currys out of interest?
