At no point is the character forced to do anything you don't agree with, if a party member hits on you, gay/straight guy/girl, you can just say no and they go away. If you think there is something offensive or creepy about a gay character not shutting up and hiding their feelings then I'd suggest you need to reconsider whether you have a healthy/fair attitude towards gay people or not. There has been a really nasty backlash from the more immature members of the gamer fanbase towards the slightest suggestion that someone like Shepard could be gay - and I think things like this are really useful for showing up people that are not as open minded as they might like to claim.

Eitherway, for the sexually insecure amongst us, I can tell you that the gay romance is completely and utterly avoidable in ME3, to the point where I bet most people wouldn't even know it was a possibility.

being open minded means not caring what gay people get up to, it does not mean wanting or being ok with gay people hitting on you.

I think you mean tolerant rather than open minded, as that would mean you give it a bit of thought after being hit on before saying no.

Hang on, that wasn't meant to come out as homophobic. I was only saying that about Anders as if you just follow the 'be nice' conversation in Dragon Age 2, he suddenly starts professing his love for you. It was just very sudden and weird, as it came out of no where.

I'd recommend Gamesnash.ie. I chose the free delivery option and still received the game yesterday. Other preorders I have ordered with free delivery have always arrived on release day. They are very helpful with any queries and have a section on Boards as well.

Glitch! Bastard Bastard Bastard Glitch. I don't have a save file around the time I need and I'd have to replay from the start. I'm 8 hours in. **** this! I hope it gets fixed soon. You can keep playing the game but it's not the smallest thing either.
I'm loving the game otherwise so I'm just going to keep playing and hope it gets fixed soon and that it will work out in game for me.
