If you think there isn't VAT on prepay phones ,

it will be interesting to see what goes up when the VAT rate changes to 22% and 23%

it will also be interesting to see what doesn't go down when VAT rate drops again - if anyone has a list of companies that didn't drop charges when VAT went from 21% back to 20% we could boycott them if they don't adsorb some of the VAT increase
