I'm really sorry to hear about the work situation, thats total cráp But at the end of the day (and I know people will say keep your job in this economy) you have to do whats best for you. Mental health and happiness is more important than having money and being absolutely miserable. I was in a similiar situation once myself, so if you ever need anyone to chat to PM me, and I mean that sincerely. Hope you feel a bit better today xx

Thank you so much Terlywerly, that's really lovely x
I think I might hold off updating this again untill I get my last week finished (unless people really want to know my lunch today was a bag of mars planets) but as soon as I'm out of there I'll be doing some serious damage control to lose the 3 stone i'm going to put on this week. I'm glad to be getting out of there though, I just hope I get myself a new job sorted soon.

New beginning starts today!!

As a wise boardsie has suggested to me I shouldn't let myself slip now that I'm out of work so keeping my dairy going is more important than ever! I'm not going to let myself fall in bad habits and I'm going to make use of my free time and keep active

Current weight: 11 and a half stone
Target: 10 stone. bring it on!

Saturday:

Breakfast: Wholemeal toast, sugar free beans and poached egg. Glass of low fat super milk

Lunch: Chicken salad

Snack: cookie

Dinner: Homemade burrito, green tea with cranberry

Exercise: W1D1 of C25K. Have also spent the day moving furniture around the house and cleaning like a demended woman.

You should look at being out of work at the moment as a positive thing for your weightloss.
It now means that you can spend much more time focusing on your exercise.
I know from experience that being out of work can certainly make or break a healthy lifestyle so Im so glad to see that your letting it MAKE your healthy lifestyle

OMG! You were bullied out of your job? That's so ****. Sorry to hear it. Did you file a complaint against the bully? They shouldn't be allowed get away with it.

Good luck with the job search, and your food was spot on the past couple of days. Well done

PS. Thanks for the kind words on my diary

The milkshake bars are amazing!! Be warned though, they're addictive! I found out about them from Cherub's diary- she's some great milkshake combos that she's tried
I don't know if this makes it better or worse, but I actually made that milkshake at home It's just vanilla icecream, milk and whatever goodies you'd like to add. I'd love to blame my nephew for making me do it but it really was my idea- I can't help but feel I've opened a very dangerous door!!

Oh I do the same!! Not being in Dublin means I can't go to the milkshake bar, but when I'm there I always stop in. So I started trying to make my own at home and they are so yummy! Some of my faves - pink wafer biscuit shake, Oreo shake, After Eight shake, chocolate digestive shake, Malteser shake..... and on and on and on. My husband makes Terry's Chocolate Orange ones too!!
