New beginning starts today!!
As a wise boardsie has suggested to me

I shouldn't let myself slip now that I'm out of work so keeping my dairy going is more important than ever! I'm not going to let myself fall in bad habits and I'm going to make use of my free time and keep active
Current weight: 11 and a half stone
Target: 10 stone. bring it on!
Saturday:
Breakfast: Wholemeal toast, sugar free beans and poached egg. Glass of low fat super milk
Lunch: Chicken salad
Snack: cookie
Dinner: Homemade burrito, green tea with cranberry
Exercise: W1D1 of C25K. Have also spent the day moving furniture around the house and cleaning like a demended woman.
