yes no worries Kenny. A guy i train with a bit from time to time set it up a few weeks ago and i ordered some stuff and found it good so i said i'd spread the word.

In Waterford City Centre there is Total Tri Sports on Patrick Street and Alfie Hales Sports Shop just by City Square, both have Facebook pages and you can get details there. If you are a member of a TI club they normally offer 10% discount at both shops.

Somebody recommended www.running.ie as a good website to buy running gear online....Well I ordered nearly 100 euro of stuff 16 days ago and the money is gone out of my account but no sign of the gear. I emailed them to see what the story was but no reply...caveat emptor?
