Well done ray. As ro said you were looking very comfortable when you passed us. Think you might have even slowed down a millisecond to give us a royal wave pompoms were on loan to mrslow

What time is the alarm set to hit the shops and charge for the paper??

Well done Ray, would love to be able to hit sub 40.

Excuse my greenness but how did the 6.8 miles yesterday fit in to todays plan. Do you feel that a shorter run would have left you with fresher legs or do you think it wasn't relevant to your effort today?

It was only 6.8k, and most of it was at a very easy pace, so I don't think it would have had any effect on the race. Over the year so far... I don't know - maybe a few rest days would have been better for me than some of the light running days, it's hard to be sure. I know that keeping up the streak has been good motivation to get out and run sometimes.
