In Donegal for a few days, around the Killybegs/Ardara area. Brought the fishing rods... haven't been out in a while.
Any recommendations in the locale for a few hours evening trout fly fishing (river bank or lough)?
Thanks,
B.

The killybegs reservoir is supposed to be good, there are a few lakes down by Carrick/Glen but you may needs some type of license. Towards Ardara you could try Naloughram, it's supposed to be good.
This website gives you an idea of what's available. http://www.wheretofishinireland.com/...dex.php?id=102 Try messing around with the online ordnance survey map aswell. http://maps.osi.ie/publicviewer/#V1,571666,879482,4 |
