Recently I have been trying to connect my xbox 360 to my three broadband through my laptop. everything is connected in correctly but I still cannot connect it so that I get an internet connection. when I go to the properties for my three broadband connection and click sharing tab a message like this comes up

"Windows cannot display the properties of this connection, the wmi may be corrupted to correct this use system restore settings to an earlier restore point" etc etc.

I have tried restoring it but still get the same message. does anybody have any information on how I can correct this?
