Funnily my knees and hips never bother me when I'm WLing. If anything I get less cramping/pain in my hip flexors as a result. Only starting my prehab stuff today so I'm really looking forward to seeing if it fixes my knee issues! Dying to get back to running...especially with all the gorgeous weather we've been having! I havent even attempted trying to fix my weird racheted attempt at snatching...I figure it'll just iron itself out!

.I really like this one but the squats are hard. Might try fit it in 2/3 times a week to help me build me some legs and to reinforce the movement pattern...and primarily... cos it's enjoyable

had a look through my log and I havent pushed the sled in 2months These were meant to be sprints too...but they were like a crawl with plenty of breaks.

Session started off as a bit of a disaster cos I started getting myself worked up and flustered..which is NEVER a good combo for me. Gym was packed, felt like I had no room and then snatching on top of that made for a mini disaster. Snatches have been pissing me off lately cos I know technique is faaaaaaaar from good
