This is a super idea fro a thread! I lost about twenty pounds last year and I still have so much stuff that's too big for me. I must go through it and list stuff. I'd prefer to give it away for free to a good home.

Ah thanks lol
Mindset is the main thing. It took me months to finally come around to the idea that I was gonna do it, and once I did I just went for it! I cut out a lot of bread, pasta, rice, potato (basically carby things) and stopped drinking fizzy drinks (even though I didn't drink a lot of them to start). Upped my water intake to around 2.5 litres most days and cut out the crisps, sweets etc. Also started the Couch to 5K programme, and jog 3 times a week, along with a walk most other days. A lot of people swear by keeping a food diary on here. I don't have an online version but I track things myself on my laptop and keep it honest!! Maybe you could try a wee food diary on here? I read most of them, and have gotten some brilliant ideas from them over the months!

Thanks for the reply T, I am walking most evenings and have also cut out bread. pasta etc and am trying to eat more fruit - will have to up the water intake though I find Im constantly running to the loo when I drink more than usual

I got new runners last week for my birthday so am hoping to try out the couch to 5k, I have it on my ipod but found it too warm to attempt a run - or maybe that was a good excuse not to do it

Must have a look for food diaries here, never thought of that !

I've got a selection of jeans from Dunnes/Wallis/New look/River Island, all in size 18 if anyone wants them. Some only worn 3 or 4 times so in great condition. There's about 8 pairs! 1 pair of DKNY dark blue jeans included Not free as they're mostly new/only worn very few times, but I'd hand over the lot for a couple of quid. Just PM me if you're interested.

Pem: The Billabong hoody is lovely. Too bad I'm a long way off being a 10
