I am not sure if they have the Customs issue sorted yet.

Do i need to put "UK" in the Country Field or can I just put "Ireland" in?

I believe the customs issue has been sorted but the postage to Ireland is now €9.40 as they are posting them to the UK and then on to Ireland which seems to bypass customs. This is with selecting Ireland in the dropdown.

Home jerseys. Ordered mine at start of june, said it would ship at the end of that month. Nearer to end of july now and still no email to say it has been sent, hopefully get it for start of the season.

Emailed hitjerseys and Jocelyn replied they will re-send the order, but for half price, so I told her I expected a full refund and this was the reply!

I'm starting to get pissed off now.....

If they do business with loads of people around the world surely they can take a minor hit on refunding you would be my counter argument but at the end of the day it's not their fault customs intervened.

I've just ordered the new United away top from Soccer Triads using Parcel Motel for the delivery option. I'll let folks know here if it gets through safely, bypassing the custom issues.

I would be raged at that since Triads always resent seized items free of charge and there is nothing to stop customs seizing another order so I would refuse to give any more money. Feel bad for ya .
