Returning to USA

Hi,

I'm travelling to the States in a months time to visit my boyfriend who has been over there for a few months with family. He is returning home with me when I come back after my 2 week holiday, but is planning on getting a visa to go over and work over there a few weeks after he gets back to Ireland. I'm wondering if I want to go back over and stay with him for 2 months, how long after I return from my holiday do I have to wait before I can go back, I plan on returning on the 3 month Visa Waiver programme is all, I will not be working when I go over.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

You should be able to go back with him whenever he travels, as even combined, you'll have spent less than three months in the USA (2 weeks plus 2 months). Make sure you have a return ticket, they like that, and some cash ideally.
