this is a good YT playlist of a program called Dangerous Knowledge by a producer named David Malone on four C20th mathematicians that aren't as well known as they should be; the last presented is Turing who's infamous for all the wrong tabloid-type reasons!

This is a pretty amazing opitical illusion. I've seem similar illusions before, but none as dramatic as this.

Here's the image:

In the above, the two centre regions of both crosses are the same colour. The centre appears a greyish-blue on the left cross, and yellow on the right. Yet, strangely, they're both the exact same colour. It just shows you how subject and fallible our own senses can be.
