The start of the Meath Race League sneaked up on me so had to jump into Dunboyne and Mullaghmeen off of b*gger all proper training. Have about 4 weeks till the next event.

While the pace would disgrace a stalled glacier, I actually felt like I was running again. I increased the pace throughout this run, starting with a 7:46 Km and finishing with a 6:56 one. I could have probably done another one or two at this pace. That said, I’m sitting at a desk now and far away paces are golden!!

The pooch was proud of me. At last I’m starting to keep up with the hairy b*gger!!
