Can I ask how you set up your tools like that on the upper left of side of the screen?

That grouping thing is nice, is it an app or just some setting?

Here's my own. Very basic:

I like that grouping thing on 7 (im stuck with Vista, though i dont mind it).

I could post mine but it might be considered X rated and not appropiate.
Might have to tone down the wallpaper.

Use Stardock "Fences" myself to group icons.
You double click on the screen and all your icons can vanish at appropriate moments too.

Mine at times.

Yes Ultimate,

the tab thing I have is a program called Fences, it's free & you can get it here: http://www.stardock.com/products/fences/

XP, Vista & 7 only.

It's not a windows 7 feature, it's a program.
